Our service covers every step of the process. It begins with your idea and materials, and we offer expert manufacturing services, including pattern making, prototype samples, fit confirmations, cut & sew production, trim & finishing, packing, and shipping. All are completed here in our facility in Vernon, CA.

Pattern Services

Our expertly well-trained pattern makers are excellent at interpreting your thoughts and ideas. We can develop a first pattern from sketches, a tech pack, or a prototype sample. We will work closely with you to adjust and modify accordingly to finalize the perfect fit.

Sample Developments

We will create fit samples to test the fabric's fit, style lines, and draping. Multiple samples may be necessary to ensure that the sample meets the client's expectations. We will carefully adjust the fit samples with our clients until they are thoroughly confirmed and approved for bulk production.

Cut & Sew manufacturing

All of our bulk production takes place at our facility, where we cut and sew the garments using the confirmed production fabric, along with the approved pattern and pre-production (PP) sample. This process ensures that the final products meet our quality standards and specifications.

Finishing & Packing

Upon completion of the quality check, the finished garments are meticulously folded, tagged with appropriate labels, sized according to specifications, and then carefully packaged following the customer's specific packing instructions.
